Himalayan Cedar essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna

Properties:
Cedar essential oil is among the first oils extracted in antiquity. It is an aromatic oil extracted from the cedar species that grows in the eastern Himalayas.

It has lymphotonic, draining and lipolytic properties, thus being an important ingredient in cellulite removal and body remodeling procedures.

Cedar oil is tonic, soothing. It is very useful in case of nervous tension, chronic anxiety, depression, fatigue.
In the form of inhalations or in candles, it has beneficial effects in coughs, bronchitis and respiratory catarrh, but also mentally and spiritually.

Cedar oil has a tonic effect on the kidneys; also, due to its antiseptic and diuretic properties, it is useful in cystitis. In these situations, baths or local massage are performed.
Applying cedar oil in the form of compresses or massage can relieve pain in case of rheumatism or arthritis.

Essential oil of Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodara).

Way of ussage:
- Inhalations are very suitable for the respiratory tract, colds, flu and for preparing the skin for a cosmetic treatment. For this, pour 1 l of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil. The released vapors are inhaled while leaning over the bowl, with the head covered with a large towel.

- Massage is one of the most popular methods of using essential oils. For a massage session, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to approximately 10 ml of massage oil.

- The bath is a very pleasant and at the same time efficient way to use the oils due to the relaxation induced by the hot water and the fact that the pores dilate, allowing the oil to penetrate through the skin. The oils are added before starting the bath and not earlier, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily. Thus, for a bath, put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of the mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour into the tub and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.

- The scented candle (lamp) is used to aromatize the room, to generate a positive, tonic state of mind, or the opposite of relaxation, or simply to create a special atmosphere. For this, put warm water in the candle's saucer, add 3-5 drops of oil and light the candle.
