Pretzels with wheat bran, 100 g, Solaris
Cereals and seeds are among nature's most precious gifts, that's why Solaris has prepared for your family a delicious and handy snack, at home, at work or on the go.
I used only wholemeal flour and added wheat or oat bran, cumin, sesame or poppy seeds.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour, wheat bran (10%), water, palm oil (non-hydrogenated vegetable fat), yeast, non-iodized salt, Mediterranean herbs, ground rosemary.
