How to use:

• 1 capsule 2 - 4 times a day or as advised by a specialist
• To induce a peaceful sleep, use one capsule 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime (possibly preceded by another capsule in the evening) or as advised by a specialist
• The association of the product with synthetic preparations (with antidepressant, sedative, hypnotic effects) will only be done as advised by a specialist
• Avoid taking the product in combination with alcohol consumption
• The product does NOT contain lactose!
