Properties:
Valerian can contribute to:

Way of ussage:
1 capsule per day / as recommended by the specialist.
Ingredients/Capsule:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) standardized with 0.8% valerianic acid – 200mg, - extract from the aerial parts of the passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized with 4% flavonoids – 150mg; vegetable capsule.
Precautions:
To be consumed with caution in case of liver failure (in combination with other herbs)

Keep well closed, away from light, moisture and heat.

Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
Contraindications: contraindicated for children under 14 years of age.
Interactions: May interact with barbiturates, sedatives, benzodiazepines, antidepressants, iron products (taken 1 hour apart) when used/administered concurrently.
Warnings: may affect drivers' reflexes; do not consume alcohol while using the product.
