Organic mountain oats are made from crushed oat grains. Oatmeal is a great option for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.
INGREDIENTS Mountain oat flakes* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
METHOD OF PREPARATION Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a dry and cool place.
