Thai red rice is an eastern variety of brown rice. The bean has a long and conical shape and is characterized by its unmistakable aroma. The red husk and white heart make Thai red rice a unique grain for cooking, both in appearance and flavor. Thai red rice is characterized by a long grain and intense flavor, typical of oriental rice varieties.

Properties of Thai Red Rice:
Rich in fiber and mineral salts, red rice stands out for the good amount of phosphorus and magnesium it contains. A source of carbohydrates, its consumption guarantees a good amount of vegetable protein. Rich in antioxidants, it promotes proper control of blood cholesterol levels. Method of preparation:
Rinse the rice and put it on the stove in a pot with twice the volume of water. The cooking time is about 35/40 minutes. The dose for one person is about 70-100 grams. Thai rice is suitable for preparing many main dishes; such as meatballs and grain burgers with avocado hummus, a dish loved by both vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
