Because the type of preservation differs - which inhibits the development of lactic cultures and allows our dessert to be kept at room temperature, here's why! Our recipe is simple, the ingredients are few and all organic: fermented cow's milk, Williams pear, a little water, wholemeal rice flour, vanilla and a splash of lemon juice.

Way of ussage:
Shake well. Pour into a bowl or directly into a spoon. Enjoy! If the child is ready, he can eat directly from the pouch (original packaging), like older children.
Store at room temperature before opening, and after opening it can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 48 hours.

50% BIO fermented cow's MILK, 34% BIO Williams pears, water, 3.5% BIO brown rice flour, 1.9% BIO vanilla extract, BIO lemon juice concentrate.
