Ingredients:
Concentrated fish oil (min. 70%, Omega 3 EPA/DHA fatty acids), capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water; antioxidant: tocopherol acetate.

Fish oil - 1250 mg,
Total Omega-3 fatty acids - 840 (EPA - 465 mg, DHA - 375 mg).
Way of ussage:
The recommended dose for daily consumption is a gelatin capsule during the meal or according to the doctor's recommendations, with a sufficient amount of water.
