UROGENITAL DIFFICULTIES

• Acute cystitis of any origin, which is characterized by persistent and severe burning, with the frequent occurrence of accompanying hematuria
• Burning and cutting pains preceding urination, accompanying it and intensifying at its end: persistent burning tenesmus (Mercurius corrosivus)
• Metritis with seropurulent discharge and burning sensation
• Oedematous balanitis and all burning and painful ulcerations of the genital mucous membranes, viscid corrosive leucorrhoea
• Nephritis with hematuria - excruciating pain in the lumbar region and shooting in the ureter, bladder, urethra or spermatic cords are again present
• Oliguria more or less pronounced with dark, bloody urine coming out in drops, sometimes semi-monthly

Skin problems

• Second degree burns: burns with hot liquid
• Sunburn and severe inflammatory skin conditions caused by the sun's rays (solar dermatitis)
• Acquired porphyria
• Radiodermatitis. In the case of extensive burns, the drug has a protective effect on the renal parenchyma
• Burning vesicular, bullous or phlyktenoid eruptions: herpes, zoster pemphigoid, confluent bullous eczema with a tendency to necrosis due to exfoliation, ecthyma, pelagroid conditions, various erythrodermas and iatrogenic bullous toxicoderma

Breathing difficulties

• Laryngitis with hoarseness, sore or burning sensation, spasms aggravated by touching the throat. Recession of pleurisy in progress and after disappearance of initial stabbing pain of Bryonia drug and after possible onset of oliguria. The pleural effusion contrasts with the improvement of other clinical signs, which increases: its amount causes difficulty breathing, dyspnea, constrictive pain, syncopal tendencies.

DIFFICULTIES OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

• Ulceronecrotic angina, canker sores with associated pharyngeal spasms and a strong burning sensation
• Gastritis with heartburn, hydrophobia despite burning thirst
• Enterocolitis and rectosigmoiditis accompanied by: cutting burning abdominal pain aggravated by pressure, relieved by warm double compresses foul-smelling dysentery stools with bleeding mucus and rectal tenesmus

OTHER INDICATIONS REGARDING MUCOSATION

• Acute otitis
• Acute keratoconjunctivitis: mainly burning of the conjunctival mucosa caused by natural or artificial light radiation (damage to the eye by excessive ultraviolet radiation, radiation during welding)

CHARACTERISTIC SIGNS - FEELINGS: Strong burning sensation and sharp pain as if cut by a knife; sensation of exposed skin and mucous membranes; hyperesthesia of the skin areas corresponding to the areas of the diseased organs, aggravated by touch.

MODALITIES: Aggravation by touch, palpation; when urinating. Improvement: by massage; lying down; heat or warm compresses.

ACCOMPANYING SYMPTOMS: In dyseric affections, there may be strong sexual irritation, the satisfaction of which is prevented by painful priapism or a burning sensation in the vagina; restless sleep interrupted by sensual dreams or nightmares.
