Properties:
- Boswellia is a dietary supplement made from a standardized extract from Boswellia serrata resin;
- also called Indian incense, Boswellia serrata is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for joint and muscle pain.
Administration method:
Adults and young people: 1-2 capsules 2 times a day, preferably before meals, or as recommended by the specialist.
Ingredients:
500 mg extract from Boswellia serrata resin, standardized to 65% boswellic acids, on maltodextrin support. Vegetable capsule: hypromellose. Microcrystalline cellulose (filling agent).
Precautions:
Boswellia can increase the effect of anticoagulants. Product not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with allergies to any of the ingredients.
