The oral absorption powder form (such as these sachets) has a high dose of 400 μg of vitamin B12 . That is why Cefavit® B12 Stix offers an improved possibility of absorption of vitamin B12 through the oral mucosa. Contains bioactive methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin which can be easily converted to the metabolically active B12 compounds methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin in the body. Cefavit® B12 Stix has a pleasant raspberry taste and is 100% vegan. Direct oral administration without liquid.

Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin. The body relies on an intake of vitamin B12 from the outside. In general, an adequate supply of vitamins is ensured by a balanced and varied diet. In particular, people who eat liver, kidney, meat and fish can have a sufficient amount of vitamin B12. However, people who avoid animal foods may end up with too little vitamin B12 in the long term. Watch your vitamin B12 intake – especially if:

– insufficient intake (vegans, vegetarians, diet, loss of appetite, seniors, unbalanced diet, after stomach operations, losses during cooking);
- absorption disorders (disorder of the stomach mucosa, lack of intrinsic factor, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreas disease);

Consumption recommendation for adults: 1 sachet per day.

Take the contents of one sachet per day (ie 1⁄2) directly without liquid. Contact with the oral mucosa increases the absorption of vitamin B12. The product is administered between two meals. Envelopes can be opened on the perforated line in the direction of the arrow.
