Chelated magnesium + B6 is a dietary supplement in capsules, supplementing the diet with magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6 in its active form (P-5-P).
Vitamin B6 helps maintain proper homocysteine metabolism and proper blood cell production.

Ingredients: magnesium digicinate (magnesium chelate), P-5-P-pyridoxal phosphate (vitamin B6), cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Daily portion: 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. To be consumed during the meal with water.
