Each Cholinex ® hard throat lozenge contains 150 mg of choline salicylate, which belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The active substance has a local effect on inflammation in the oral cavity, which can cause sore throat. In addition, it reduces swelling and congestion of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat while increasing the secretion of saliva, which supports the anti-inflammatory effect.
A large package of Cholinex ® 150 mg contains 32 hard pills with peppermint oil. The preparation can be used safely in adults and children over 12 years of age.
