Use
Before use, wash and dry the skin, do not use cream or oil around the blister. Remove the top protective paper, then the bottom paper. Do not touch the sticky part. Place the patch on the blister and carefully smooth the edges of the patch. Leave the patch in place until it starts to come off on its own. (Note: it may stay in place for up to a few days until the blister heals). Do not pull the patch up, but spread it slowly along the skin.
