Properties:

Way of ussage:
One tablet per day, recommended during meals. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and ingesting it with foods containing fat leads to better absorption.
Foods containing fat: whole milk and yogurt, fatty fish (salmon, sardines, etc.), nuts and foods containing olive oil.
Each D3 fix® MAX tablet contains: Vitamin D3 100 μg (4,000 IU, 2000% NRV*) *NRV= *Reference Nutritional Values cf.
