Digital food thermometer REER 2709
Digital thermometer with stainless steel probe of 120 mm length and 3.5 mm diameter.
It measures temperatures from -30 to +250 °C.
Fast measurement time between 4 and 10 seconds LCD display with supermarked numbers for increased visibility.
Display resolution of 0.1 °C, measurement accuracy -1/+1 °C for temperatures between -20/+120 °C.
ABS handle It is mainly used to measure the temperature of food liquids, cheeses, meat products, etc.
Works with an included H13/AG13 battery.

Instructions for use
1. Remove the protective cap from the tip and sanitize the probe before use
2. Press the ON/OFF button to start, the thermometer will display the ambient temperature
3. Insert at least 2 cm of the metal probe of the thermometer into the food and wait until the displayed temperature remains constant (in approximately 4-10 seconds)
4. Turn off the thermometer.
5. When restarting, it will display the last measured temperature (if more than 60 minutes pass, it will reset and display the ambient temperature again).
6. Before each use, it is recommended to sanitize the thermometer.
Cleaning can be done with a damp cloth on the entire metal surface
Changing the battery
Open the battery compartment by pressing. Replace the battery with a new one respecting the polarity. Close the compartment.

warnings
Do not put the thermometer in closed dishes or in the oven
Make sure the thermometer is closed after each use to avoid draining the battery
Do not completely insert the thermometer into liquids (including the handle)
The thermometer is not water resistant and cannot be machine washed
Use the thermometer only for the purpose for which it was built.
This is not a toy and should not be left unattended in the reach of children!
Make sure that the device and batteries are properly recycled at the end of the operating period
