Administration method:
- the powder for sublingual administration - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take a grated teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
- cold maceration - it is prepared from a teaspoon with a plant tip added to 250ml of water, kept for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strained and drunk on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals.
- the infusion - is prepared from a teaspoon with the tip of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, kept for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strained and drunk on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications:
Pregnancy, dill intolerance.
