Now it's easier to make your bread with DmBio Gluten Free Carrot Bread Baking Mix, you can make a wonderfully moist carrot bread. All you need is some water and apple cider vinegar and the baking can begin. Only with the baking mix you can also conceive an incredibly crunchy crusty bread. In addition, the best organic quality is proven to be a high fiber source of protein. A perfect alternative for athletes and people with gluten intolerance.

Instructions for use:

For a loaf: Place the dough in a lightly greased loaf pan (20 cm) and leave to rise for 30 minutes at room temperature, covered with a towel. While rising, preheat the oven to 190°C convection or 200°C top/bottom heat. Once risen, place the loaf pan on the middle shelf in the preheated oven and bake for 75 minutes at 190°C convection or 90 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat. Carefully remove the baked carrot bread from the baking dish and let it cool on a wire rack for about 4 hours.
