Description
Dr Brown's Medical bottle is intended for feeding infants with cleft lip or palate. It was designed in cooperation with doctors to support the treatment of complex oral feeding problems and is equipped with a special two-piece ventilation system and a silicone teat (level 1). The main element of the system is a special valve that allows the baby to independently take food from the bottle, controlling its flow. Dr Brown's offers benefits to bottle-fed infants with the following conditions:
- cleft lip or palate,
- oro-euromotor dysfunctions,
- congenital heart defect,
- craniofacial syndromes.
The patented Natural Flow internal ventilation system made of Standard glass effectively reduces the oxidation of milk, helping to maintain the stability of the essential nutrients contained in breast milk or formula milk. Reduced oxidation allows the content of vitamins A, C, E and lipids to be preserved. In addition, the full venting of the bottle allows feeding similar to breastfeeding, without the risk of creating a vacuum during sucking. The system protects against negative pressure and air bubbles in food, which prevents colic, belching and gas build-up. Air passes through the nipple collar and does not enter the milk, and the ventilation system allows it to pass upwards. The pacifier allows the milk to flow freely. In addition, the bottle comes with a cleaning brush that makes it easy to maintain the proper level of hygiene. The product can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized.
