Ingredients/capsule:

• passionflower (Passiflorae herba) 97.5mg;
• lemon verbena leaves (Lippiae citriodorae folium);
• lemon balm (Melissae herba) 78 mg;
• St. John's wort extract (Hyperici herba) standardized in min. 0.3% hypericin 58.5 mg;
• Rhodiola rosea extract standardized in min. 3% rosavin and salidroside.

Passiflora , also called passion flower, is used due to its sedative and calming properties, for states of anxiety, nervousness and insomnia, reducing emotionality, without producing addiction.

St. John's wort , antidepressant and anti-algesic, is the remedy of choice in mild and moderate depression, for emotional disturbances and anxiety.

Roiniță has a mild sedative effect, is a nerve tonic, reduces anxiety and stress, improves attention and concentration.

Lemon verbena , originally from South America, was introduced to Europe in the 17th century. Due to its slightly sedative and relaxing properties, it is effective in tension and anxiety states, insomnia, stress.

Rhodiola roshea has an antidepressant, adaptogenic effect, increases resistance to stress and fatigue. Scientific studies have shown its ability to increase the level of serotonin and dopamine (neurotransmitters with a euphoric effect, which induce well-being and good mood).

Recommended in:

• agitation, neuroses;
• depression, anxiety;
• insomnia;
• migraines;
• does not cause drowsiness.

Contraindications:

• It is not recommended for children under 10 years of age (the effects on young children are insufficiently studied) and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:

• Pregnant women and nursing mothers can take one capsule 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. The treatment can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.

Side effects and interactions:

• No side effects were reported at the recommended doses.
• This product potentiates the effect of barbiturates.

Administration method:

Children 10-16 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, between meals*.
Children over 16 years and adults : 1 capsule 3 times a day, between meals*.

If a stronger effect is needed, take up to 6 capsules per day, on the recommendation of the doctor or pharmacist.

Belt duration: 2-4 months. The cure can be repeated after a break of one month.

*between meals means that the administration should not be associated with food, therefore it is optimal to do it at least one hour away from the last meal, and one hour before the next meal. This assumes that the product can be administered in the morning, at least one hour before the meal, and in the evening, at least one hour after the meal.
