Enterosgel gastrointestinal absorbent, 10 sachets x 15 g, Bioline

Properties:
- gastrointestinal absorbent that is administered in case of acute diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea;
- it is based on organic minerals that have the ability to adsorb some toxic substances in the intestines (e.g.: endotoxins, enterotoxins) and keep them on its surface, reducing the frequency of stools and the duration of diarrhea;
- it is eliminated from the body through the stool, thus eliminating adsorbed toxins and harmful substances, a phenomenon that is beneficial in the treatment of acute diarrhea or irritable bowel syndrome (chronic diarrhea);
- against symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating and stool frequency caused by irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea.

Way of ussage:
It is recommended to administer Enterosgel from the first signs.
Enterosgel is administered orally 1-2 hours before or after a meal.
It is recommended to homogenize the dose in a glass of water before administration.
Standard dosage schedule according to age:
Adults and children over 15 years of age: 15 g to 22.5 g (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day (45 g/day), to be diluted in 200 ml of water.
Children:
Up to 1 year: 2.5g (1/2 teaspoon) to dilute in 7.5 -15 ml of water 3 times a day.
1-6 years: 5 g (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day, to be diluted in 50-100 ml of water.
7-14 years: 10 gr (2 teaspoons) 3 times a day, to be diluted in 50-100 ml of water.
The dose of Enterosgel can be mixed before administration with milk, water, juice or semi-liquid baby food (percentage 1:3).

Ingredients:
Polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate (methylsilicic acid hydrogel) – 70%, purified water – 30%.

Precautions:
Do not administer:
If you are simultaneously taking modified-release (controlled) oral medications.
If you suffer from intestinal atony or intestinal occlusion (severe constipation due to intestinal occlusion).
In case of intolerance to the administration of the preparation in the past.
