Recommended dosage

For faster action: take 4 capsules a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) until the symptoms disappear. For regular use: take 2 capsules a day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) for 2-3 months (we recommend repeating at least twice a year). Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before a meal or 30 minutes after a meal), with water.
