I take Femannose after treatment with antibiotics to prevent a new infection or to prevent the old cystitis from flaring up. It works very well. Unfortunately, I quickly get an infection again after stopping the Femmanose and would like to take it for longer than 30 days. However, this is not recommended in the package leaflet. Taking it is definitely helpful and I am happy to recommend it to others.
