Properties:
- Trigonella foenum-graecum, also known as fenugreek, is a traditional plant, originally from the Mediterranean area, Europe, Asia;
- can be useful in anemia, lack of appetite, weight loss, asthenia;
- can have an aphrodisiac effect;
- it can contribute to increasing testosterone levels and decreasing frigidity;
- fenugreek seeds produce a strong mucilage and can be used in inflammations and stomach ulcers.

Mode of administration:
For adults only, take 1 capsule twice a day with a glass of water.

Ingredients:
Fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 2400 mg.
Other ingredients: Modified cellulose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose.
