Description

The medical patch contains the medicinal diclofenac sodium salt.

Use:

For the local treatment of pain caused by trauma and inflammation of tendons, muscles, ligaments of the upper and lower limbs (bruise, strain, sprain)
For the local treatment of rheumatic pains (periarthritis, bursitis, epicondylitis, cervical syndrome, spondylosis, tendovaginitis)
As a local symptomatic treatment of pain in epicondylitis and ankle sprain

Dosage:

Adults and adolescents from 16 years of age apply 1 or 2 patches per day every 12 or 24 hours. The patch should not be applied to broken skin and should not be used while bathing or showering. The preparation should not be used for more than 14 days
The medicine should not be used in children and adolescents under 16 years of age

Mode of use

According to the instructions, the package containing the transdermal patch is cut. The transdermal patch is removed and the plastic film is removed. The patch is then applied to the painful joint or area. It should not be applied to damaged skin with a lesion of any kind (exudative dermatitis, eczema, infected wound, burn or wound). It must not come into contact with mucous membranes or eyes. If necessary, the transdermal patch can be secured with a mesh hose bandage. It should not be used with a closed dressing. The medicated patch must be used in its entirety.

Notice:

The drug is contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy. In the first and second trimester of pregnancy, the drug should not be used
The use of the drug during breastfeeding is not recommended
The medicine is not recommended for children under 15 years of age
The drug should be used with caution in elderly patients who are more prone to side effects
The drug should be used with caution in patients with renal and/or hepatic insufficiency
The drug is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer
Patients with bronchial asthma or allergic disease should use the drug with increased caution
Do not administer simultaneously (either topically or systemically) another medicine containing diclofenac or other NSAIDs
Patients should be advised to avoid direct light and sunlight to reduce the risk of photosensitivity.
The medicine contains methylparaben and propylparaben, which can cause allergic reactions (also delayed)
The medicine contains propylene glycol, which can cause skin irritation
Store at a temperature of 15-25 °C

Composition

The active ingredient is diclofenac epolamine 180 mg in a patch.

The excipients are gelatin, povidone 700, sorbitol 70% crystallization, kaolin, titanium dioxide (E 171), propylene glycol (E 1520), methylparaben (E 218), propylparaben, (E 216) dihydrate, dihydroxyaluminum sodium glycinate, polyacrylate of sodium. sodium, butanediol, polysorbate 80, Dalin PH perfume, purified water.
