Long thistle ( Curcuma longa ) is a species of perennial plants in the ginger family. It is also called Zohar turmeric, Indian turmeric, Indian saffron or the most popular turmeric. It grows wild in India but is cultivated in many tropical countries.
Turmeric is a highly appreciated addition to the kitchen, giving dishes a distinct flavor. Turmeric can naturally support skin health. It also contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect, it is used for children aged between 6-12 years: 2 capsules per day, and for children over 12 years and adults: 4 capsules per day.
