How to use: 3 capsules a day with water.

Ingredients: Saberry® - extract 50:1 - 60:1 from Indian gooseberries - Amli (Emblica officinalis) standardized to 10.5% β-glucogalin, 1% gallic acid, NatiCol® 4000 - hydrolyzed collagen extracted from fish skin, extract 4:1 from nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L.), 10:1 extract from saw palmetto fruits - saw palmetto (Serenoa Repens) standardized to 25% free fatty acid sterols, 15:1 extract from bamboo shoots (Bambusa vulgaris) standardized with 75% natural silicon dioxide, 6:1 extract from the horsetail plant (Equisetum arvense L.) standardized to 7% silica, 25:1 extract from rose hips (Rosa canina L.) standardized to 70% vitamin C, zinc gluconate (zinc), dimethylsulfone (MSM), L-methionine, L-lysine hydrochloride, D-biotin (vitamin B7), selenium SeLECT® - L-selenomethionine (selenium), cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
