Does not contain: Gluten | Wheat | Lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To be consumed preferably before the date written on the package. Method of preparation: Mix 500 g of flour with 1 packet of yeast. Leave to ferment in a warm place (30-40°C). Made in Germany for Dr. Schar AG.
