Green wheat powder (Triticum aestivum) is a food supplement obtained by freezing to -40 degrees Celsius, then slowly drying under advanced vacuum and very fine grinding (200 mesh) of young green wheat leaves, harvested when they are 18 - 20 cm. At these dimensions, before the formation of the stem itself, the plant accumulates the highest concentration of nutrients - because in its later stages of development it can use them for the differentiated synthesis of its structures (stem/straw, ear, seeds, etc.).

Young wheat plants represent a complex source of very valuable nutrients, necessary for the human body as a daily intake: proteins, chlorophyll, vegetable fibers, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E, K) minerals (K , Fe, Ca, Mg) and trace elements (Zn, Se).
