Description
Green Sugar Premium, 1:2, 300 g, Remedia
Properties:
- recommended for weight loss or as part of a balanced and healthy diet, but also for people suffering from diabetes, phenylketonuria, irritable bowel syndrome and fermentation colitis;
- can be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product does not contain gluten, sugar, preservatives, dyes, synthetic or genetically modified ingredients.
Way of ussage:
It is used like sugar, in the preparation of cookies, cakes, puff pastry, checks, compotes, jams, ice creams, juices or to sweeten drinks (tea, coffee), dairy products, fruit salads.
It is stable when baking, boiling or freezing. It does not ferment, it does not balloon and it does not produce cavities.
It has zero energy value and a sweetening power equal to that of sugar. 1 teaspoon of Green Sugar Premium 1:2 = 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Ingredients:
Mixture of high purity Stevia Rebaudiana (Rebaudiosite M) (obtained by treating Stevia leaves with hot water) – 2% and Erythritol (the first natural polyol obtained from non-genetically modified corn, by fermentation with Moniella pollinis yeast – patented process) – 98% .
