Recommendation for use: Green Sugar Gelling agent with citrus pectin is recommended in the preparation of fruit jams, jams, marmalades. The preservation and storage of jars with preparations is done by the same method as in the case of traditional preparations.
It is recommended in weight loss diets and can be used by people with diabetes or phenylketonuria, as part of a balanced diet. It can also be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as introduced into the diet of children over the age of two.
Recommended amount for 2 kg of fruit: 340gr Green Sugar Gelling.
How to use: For 1 kg of fruit, use 170 g of GREEN SUGAR GELLING WITH CITRUS PECTIN.
The washed, cleaned, cut to the desired size fruits are boiled together with a spoonful of lemon juice and about 500 ml of water (the amount of water varies depending on the fruit).
When the fruits are well cooked, gradually dissolve the gelling agent with part of the resulting syrup in a separate bowl, then pour over the fruits and boil for a maximum of 2 minutes.
Pour into clean jars and seal.
After cooling, store in a dry environment at a maximum temperature of 25°C. To be consumed within 10 days after unsealing.
