Ideal for preparing muesli and porridge, including for children, thanks to the crushed flakes. The flakes come from oats grown and processed controlled gluten-free. Most people with gluten intolerance can include gluten-free oats in their diet, because the protein structure of oats differs from that of other grains such as wheat, rye or barley. Preparation suggestion Oat cream: 100g oat flakes, 400ml milk or vegetable drink. Put the milk and oats in a saucepan on the fire and boil for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is obtained. You can add yogurt, fruit, nuts, honey, etc. It is served warm or cold, as you like.
