Description
Use: Hemp oil is ideal for flavoring salads, pastas, soups and sauces. However, it is not suitable for heating, as heat destroys the nutrients contained in it. Hemp oil can also be used in skin care, which moisturizes nicely and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Dosage: 3-5 ml (teaspoon) 2-3 times a day.
