- Internal use : mix 3 drops of essential oil in 1 dl of water. Drink to support digestion, premenstrual problems, cramps
- Inhalation: add 7 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of almost boiling water. Inhale for upper respiratory tract infections, runny nose
- Bath: 9 drops of essential oil in warm water at 37 °C. In skin care and stress
- Skin water: acne, oily skin
- Scalp water: dandruff
- Cream: skin care, cellulite
- Alcohol solution of essential oil: herpes
