Properties:
- helps to relieve muscle pain;
- the heating effect generated by the action between activated charcoal and iron powder lasts up to 12 hours and helps to increase blood circulation and relax muscles;
- the dimensions of the patch are 9.5 x 13 cm.

Way of ussage:
Open the package carefully without damaging the patch.
Apply the patch to the affected area, sticking the adhesive side directly to the clothes.
Make sure the patch adheres to the entire affected area.
Do not stick the patch directly on the skin.
Keep the patch on for 12 hours, within a maximum of 24 hours.

Ingredients:
Iron powder, activated carbon, vermiculite, salt, water.

Precautions:
Supervision is required for children, the elderly or people who are not fully aware of the sensation of heat.
People with diabetes, frostbite, scars, open wounds, sensitive skin, circulatory problems or those suffering from skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis should consult a doctor before using the patch.
Patches may cause discomfort, excessive heat, burning, redness, swelling or irritation. When these symptoms appear, stop using the patch and consult a specialist doctor.
Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin.
In case of irritation, intense redness or any other inconveniences occurring while using the product, remove it from the skin.
Leaks in the product are signs of damage.
If you are pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before applying the patch.
Each patch is single use, throw it away after use.
Do not use the product in combination with other solutions or sources that generate heat.
Do not use while sleeping.
Do not use the product on babies and children under 12 years of age.
Store the product at room temperature (approx. 25 °C).
