Holistic Femme PAUS is a dietary supplement containing magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6, red clover extract and feminine hop flower extract. It is intended for women during menopause.
The daily portion contains:
166.6 mg magnesium (44.7% RDA*);
13.34 mg zinc (133.33% RWS*),
13.2 mg of vitamin B6 (952% RDA*);
134 mg red clover extract (20% isoflavones),
56.66 mg of female hop flower extract (Lifenol®).

Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Rice Starch and MCT Oil from Coconut Oil), Red Clover Extract (Trifolium pratense), Hops Flower Extract (Humulus lupulus L), Citrate of zinc, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine 5'). -phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule of vegetable origin, from wood cellulose.
Daily portion: 2 capsules per day.
Precautions: The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
