Description
Food supplement with sugar and sweetener, in soluble powder based on magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin C and mineral salts, designed for the preparation of an electrolyte solution.
Magnesium, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise.

Ingredients
Dextrose, maltodextrin (25%); acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium citrate, flavouring, beetroot juice powder, magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sodium chloride, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener: sucralose; niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten free.

How to use
Dissolve 20 g (2 level tablespoons) in 500 ml of water. It is best to take 50 to 100 ml at regular intervals of about 15-20 minutes. Take 3 doses per day, equal to 60 g of total product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
