Ialuvit Ophthalmic Solution, 15 vials x 0.6 ml, Alfa Intes

Ialuvit is an ophthalmic solution with a high content (0.5%) of sodium hyaluronate and vitamin B12, with the addition of taurine. The synergy of these three components stimulates proper re-epithelialization of the ocular surface, acting deeply even on the corneal nerve endings.

Thanks to the high concentration of sodium hyaluronate, Ialuvit forms a protective viscoelastic bandage on the ocular surface.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) stimulates the regrowth of corneal nerve endings, while taurine is an amino acid physiologically present in the healthy tear film.

Ialuvit can be used, upon the advice of an ophthalmologist, in all cases of abrasions/scratches on the ocular surface and after ophthalmic surgery.

Patients requiring highly hydrating and re-epithelializing eye drops (e.g., patients with diabetes, severe dry eye, etc.) may benefit from using Ialuvit.

Ingredients:

Sodium hyaluronate 0.5%, cyanocobalamin 0.05%, taurine 0.5%, sorbitol, trisodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, sodium phosphate monobasic, water for injections.

How to use:

• Ialuvit should be dosed individually according to your condition and the recommendations of your eye doctor
• Generally, instill 1-2 drops of the solution into the conjunctival sac of each eye 3-4 times daily.

Contact Lens Compatibility:

• Ialuvit can also be used while wearing contact lenses
• Any pink tint is due to the high concentration of vitamin B12 and is only temporary.
