Properties:
IMMUNITY Complex contributes to maintaining the health of the immune system and protecting the body against viruses, especially in the cold season. The supplement offers the optimal combination of Zinc and vitamins D3, C, A and E, in the recommended daily doses, to ensure the proper functioning of the body and increase its resistance to the threat of disease.

Composition/tablet:
Zinc – 10 mg, Vitamin D3 – 2000 IU, Vitamin C – 400 mg, Vitamin E – 12 mg, Vitamin A – 160 mcg RE.
Administration:
Adults: 1 tablet, twice a day, during meals.

Zinc – contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, to the process of cell division, to the normal synthesis of DNA and to the maintenance of cognitive function. It can also ensure the normal metabolism of macronutrients, fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins and vitamin A, as well as maintaining healthy hair, nails and skin.
Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble vitamins, the two major physiologically relevant forms being vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vitamin D can be produced by the body, with the help of ultraviolet rays, being immediately absorbed by the blood vessels. Vitamin D is contained in fatty fish (herring, sardine, tuna, mackerel, salmon) and fish oil (mullet, tuna, turbot), egg yolk, butter, whole milk and non-fat dairy products. Vegetables do not contain this vitamin.

Vitamin C - contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, the nervous system and the maintenance of mental health. Also, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the proper functioning of the bone system, blood vessels, ligaments, gums, skin and teeth. The calcium carbonate in the composition of calcium ascorbate is alkaline and determines a neutral pH, which helps to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort, being better tolerated by people sensitive to acidic foods.
Vitamin E, in synergy with Zinc and Vitamin C, contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, which increases the body's resistance to viruses and bacteria. Vitamin E supports the immune system, maintains eye health and, last but not least, contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and skin.

Vitamin A - supports the immune system and maintains healthy bones, skin, hair, teeth and gums. Also, vitamin A improves vision and helps maintain eye health, stimulates the formation of white cells, which are part of the immune system.

Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The supplement is contraindicated for people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. In the case of chronic conditions or the follow-up of a drug treatment, the doctor's advice is absolutely necessary before administering this product. Consumption during pregnancy and breastfeeding is done only on the recommendation of the doctor. It is not recommended for people with lactose intolerance. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption. Do not use after the expiry date written on the packaging. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
