It provides a high level of broad-spectrum protection while activating the skin's natural defenses. How to use :
Apply to face and body 15 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat the treatment every 2-3 hours, especially after swimming, exercising, or drying off.

Read originalFor me it's the perfect SPF. I've used about 5 tubes so far and wouldn't change it. It doesn't feel at all on my complexion and stays perfectly under makeup. I have dry skin but it doesn't dry it out even though it has a dry finish, it is suitable for all skin types in my opinion.
