Gojnik 50 g Lebanese sage tea, dry herb
Sage, also known as Lebanese Sage, is a plant in the Lamiaceae family. It grows wild in various parts of the Balkans and the Middle East. It is also found in Greece, Albania, Bulgaria and Macedonia, Turkey and some African countries. Wild pine can usually be found at altitudes above 1000 m above sea level. It grows in characteristic tangled clusters in a group of about a dozen bushes. Flowers, leaves and stems are collected.
Gojnik infusion is known under different names. The Greeks call it Olympus Tea, in Turkey Adachaj and in England Sheperd's Tea, meaning shepherds' tea.
Ingredients: 100% dried plant - stem, leaves, flowers.
How to use: Crush a shoot with a flower, pour boiling water into a glass and boil covered for 3-5 minutes.
