Collagen + Ashwagandha Beauty Complex is a food supplement that uses a synergistic combination of ashwagandha, collagen, hyaluronic acid, biotin and zinc. Ashwagandha helps maintain healthy skin. Ingredients: hydrolyzed beef collagen; cellulose capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7% withanolide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc (zinc citrate); hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate); BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine; biotin (D-biotin).

The product does not contain fillers, anti-caking agents or dyes.

Daily serving: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
