The monocomponent lactose-free protein drink contains 90% protein , the source of which is 97% whey protein isolate (WPI). It has a high protein content, a minimal amount of fat and carbohydrates and is lactose free . 1 dose (30 g) contains up to 3.5 g L-leucine and 4.5 g L-glutamine. It is characterized by a fast absorbability (approx. 1-2 hours), which ensures an extremely fast intake of amino acids into the bloodstream and the subsequent start of the anabolic process. When mixed with water, it has a clear visual appearance.

Recommended dose

• It is recommended to take it as soon as possible after training, ideally within 45 minutes
• Anytime during the day to supplement quality protein
• Children 7-14 years: 1 scoop of protein (15 g) 1-2 times a day
• Children from 14 years and adults: 2 scoops of protein (30 g) 2-3 times a day

The preparation

Mix a dose (30 g) of powder in 250 ml of clean water or milk (to keep the lactose-free version, use lactose-free or vegetable milk) and then drink.
