Food supplement - containing 400 mg of L-methionine in one capsule.
Methionine is an exogenous amino acid. Dietary sources of methionine are protein foods such as eggs, meat, fish, but also rich sources are sesame seeds, Brazil nuts and grain products. Methionine is contained in almost all protein and carbohydrate-protein supplements and some amino acid preparations.
Ingredients: L-methionine, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule)
Recommended daily dose: 4 capsules
The composition of the recommended daily dose:
1600 mg L-methionine 400 mg hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)
How to use: 4 capsules a day with plenty of water, preferably half an hour before meals.
Net content: 90 capsules of 500 mg = 45g
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used by pregnant women, nursing women and children without medical consultation.
