Linex baby, 8 ml, Sandoz

Properties:

1. Linex Baby oral drops, suspension contains live, lyophilized lactic bacteria of the genus Bifidobacterium that contribute to restoring and maintaining the balance of the intestinal microflora.
2. Bifidobacteria are beneficial microorganisms normally present in the intestinal tract, being part of the intestinal microflora.
3. The microflora of breastfed children consists mainly of bifidobacteria, considered very important for the health of small children.
4. These bacteria maintain the acid-base balance necessary for the proper functioning of digestive enzymes, prevent the multiplication of dangerous microorganisms, influence intestinal motility and stimulate the development of the immune system.
5. The balance of the intestinal microflora can be disturbed by several factors, including antibiotic treatment or inadequate diets. The imbalance of the intestinal flora has many unpleasant consequences and can manifest itself in the form of colic, diarrhea, constipation, atopic dermatitis.

Composition/1g suspension:
-51mg Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis DSM 15954 (contains 11 mg sucrose, 6 mg maltodextrin and 5 mg sodium ascrobate). Each gram of suspension contains at least 1 x 10 12 colony-forming units, 949 mg sunflower oil (contains alpha- tocopherol 200mg/kg, citric acid 10mg/kg).

Administration method:

1. If your child is undergoing antibiotic treatment, we recommend you to use Linex Baby oral drops, suspension at least 3 hours after antibiotic administration.
2. It is preferable to use Linex Baby oral drops, suspension during meals.
3. Newborns and children up to 12 years of age: 6 drops once a day, preferably during meals.
4. The administration of bifidobacteria is beneficial for maintaining and/or restoring the physiological balance of the intestinal microflora.

Contraindications:
Do not use Linex Baby oral drops, suspension, if the child:
Has hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active substance or to any of the other components of the product has deficiencies of the immune system (for example, HIV infections)
