Instructions for use

For best results, use twice daily until gums heal and bleeding stops. It can also be used long-term to protect the gums from repeated inflammation. Use twice daily after mechanical brushing or as recommended by your dentist. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, then measure 20ml (4 x 5ml scoops) into a glass, swish around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
