Ingredients: Magnesium taurate (magnesium), P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate (vitamin B6), cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Daily dose: Take 3 capsules a day: 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, with water.
