Properties:
- melatonin is an active, natural substance secreted in the brain by the pineal gland;
- its synthesis is stimulated by darkness and diminished by light;
- melatonin production decreases with age, especially after the age of 40;
- it can contribute to reducing the time needed to fall asleep* and to alleviating sleep disorders ** (*the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consuming 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed, **respectively, a dose of at least 0.5 mg administered at bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival at the destination).

How to use:
Adults: one tablet a day, preferably in the evening, about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Ingredients:
TABLET (240 mg): active ingredient: melatonin 3 mg; inactive ingredients: bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, lactose monohydrate; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.
