In aromatherapy, natural lemon balm oil is used as an aid in states of nervous tension, stress and shock. It has a calming effect, making it easier to fall asleep. Calms and soothes. relieves headaches, menstrual and rheumatic pains. Along with lavender oil, it is the oil with the most powerful sleep-inducing effect. It is also recommended for women during menopause. Pregnant women should be especially careful and limit its use, as it can negatively affect the hormonal balance.
Due to its high content of antioxidants, lemon balm oil has a beneficial effect on the skin. It has disinfectant and antiseptic properties, making it a valuable ingredient in antifungal and anti-acne preparations.
Its fresh lemon-herbal scent goes very well in blends with citrus and floral oils.
How to use:
3 drops of lemon balm oil
2 drops of lavender oil
1 drop of rose oil
You can also use the above mixture for aromatherapy using an aroma burner or diffuser (per 100 ml of water). Half an hour before going to bed, turn on the diffuser or light a candle in the fireplace and leave it in the bedroom for about 20 minutes. Then turn off the speaker/close the lid and go to sleep.
