Ingredients:
Mint
The aerial part of the plant Mentha piperita L., fam. Lamiaceae, contains essential oil (menthol, menthone, menthofuran, cineole, limonene), flavonoids, phenolic acids, triterpenes.

Administration method:
Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.

Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over an envelope and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.

Contraindications:
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to this plant.
At the recommended doses, there are no known contraindications.
Do not administer continuously for longer than 3 months. If you still need this tea, you can resume administration after a one-month break.
